«Adatto al nostro viaggio, ci tornerei ma alcuni aspetti sono da migliorare»
Ottima posizione per raggiungere Leolandia (10 minuti di auto), parcheggio al coperto comodo, camera spaziosa, colazione varia e soddisfacente e personale colazione cortese, contesto silenzioso.
Pulizia da migliorare (ragnatele e molta polvere dietro i comodini; ragnatele anche nella sala colazione nelle applique). Mancata manutenzione ordinaria (cerniere wc rotte, supporto doccino praticamente sradicato dalla parete, parte superiore del comodino appoggiata causa viti spanate). Poca cura aspetti pratici (la parete in vetro della vasca da bagno copre un terzo della vasca in larghezza e lascia scoperto molto spazio in altezza, che ci si lavi con il doccino fisso in alto o con quello mobile, ogni volta si allaga il pavimento!). Poca preparazione personale reception: in fase di prenotazione ho chiesto due spondine per i bambini. Giunti in camera non c’erano, così mio marito va in reception e gli dicono che le avrebbero portate subito. Dopo un’ora nulla, mio marito ritorna in reception e dopo altri 15 minuti ci arrivano due spondine da culla, non adatte ai letti! Mio marito torna per la terza volta in reception e gli dicono che hanno solo quelle! Dopo un po’ arriva un signore tuttofare molto carino (forse bengalese?!), capisce il problema e per fortuna ci porta due spondine adatte!!!

«Siamo stati bene!!»
Hotel tranquillo in mezzo al verde, stanza pulita e personale molto gentile, colazione ottima con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato,buono il ristorante con prezzi nella media.
La strada è molto disastrata. Eccessivo anche il prezzo dell'acqua al ristorante, 3€ x 1 litro mi sembra eccessivo.
